The UWA Surgical Society and MIPS is proud to present our MD1 Suturing Workshop, which offers an introduction to the clinical skill of suturing. Whether you aspire to be a GP, a Plastics specialist or something in between, it's a useful skill to be competent with, and is often examined in the clinical OSCEs.
Date: Wednesday 7th March
Venue: Microbiology lab G22, Block L, QEII Medical Centre
To maximise the number of people who can participate weโve broken the night up into two sessions:
Session 1 runs from 5:30 to 6:15pm
Session 2 runs from 6:45 to 7:30pm
**There will be a light dinner provided between sessions.**
Cost: Tickets are FREE with UWASS membershipย (just make sure you sign up through the link below to reserve a spot). For those who have not bought their membership it is $5 for the year and can be purchased HERE.
Important information for attendees: please wear closed-in shoes, no food or drink allowed (including water), no mobile phone or laptop use. These rules will be strictly enforced.
